As the Director of Valuation Services with The McEnery Company, Baldwin manages all aspects of our real estate valuation services platform. Baldwin joined The McEnery Company in 2010, and over the course of a highly integrated relationship with Peter and Parke, Baldwin has become a key player within our organization. Baldwin is responsible for internal review, property inspections, critical client communications, and internal management of our Valuation Producers. Baldwin is a general certified real estate appraiser in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Florida and Alabama, and he has extensive experience in the appraisal of nearly all property types in markets across our entire geographic coverage area. He has also been awarded the prestigious the MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute®. Finally, Baldwin has been qualified as an expert witness in the field of real estate appraisal and provided testimony in numerous local, state, and federal courts throughout the region. Baldwin is a graduate of Isidore Newman School in New Orleans, Louisiana and the University of Alabama.
