The purchaser, a pension fund, acquired the property to facilitate the expansion of a local affiliate of a related company; and has retained The McEnery Company as the project manager for the subsequent renovation of the facility. Known as the Tammany Home Center, the property is an approximately 29,000 square foot retail center located on the most traveled highway in West St. Tammany Parish. Tammany Supply, a Division of the Plumbing Warehouse, is the anchor tenant.
