Pat Browne III and Peter McEnery successfully negotiated a long term lease on behalf of the landlord for a new bank to enter the New Orleans market with 313 St. Charles serving as their prime branch location.
The space includes private office space, conference room, vault, fully protected teller section, lobby, break room with kitchen and two half-baths, etc.
