The McEnery Company represented Hajoca Corporation and LC Properties of Lafayette in the acquisition of an approximately 2.118 acre out-parcel to the newly developed VA Clinic in Lafayette. The site is directly across from a Starbuck’s anchored retail center and a Super Wal-Mart. The acquisition was made to facilitate the expansion of The Plumbing Warehouse location in Lafayette, a real estate development for which The McEnery Company is the project manager.
