The McEnery Company was hired as the exclusive real estate representative for the establishment of the first Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana office in Orleans Parish. The new office, which will be a very contemporary and welcoming space, will be located on the ground floor of Orleans Tower located at 1340 Poydras Street. The McEnery Company negotiated a favorable tenant improvement allowance on behalf of BCBS in what amounted to a long-term and attractive lease commitment for BCBS.
