Following the 2010 Deepwater Horizon incident, The McEnery Company was retained by the lead defense counsel for British Petroleum as the real estate expert for all of the affected areas. Our involvement as the real estate expert in the complex litigation and settlement processes was extensive and spanned a time period over three years. During this time, Peter McEnery was responsible for creating and managing a unique and highly effective custom built platform for property identification and mapping services that covered the entire Louisiana Coast. Our involvement also included complex consulting services on specific property related cases as far reaching as the Florida Panhandle.
