This building materials provider is a multi-national company that operates worldwide. The Theodore plant was a waterfront industrial property located along Theodore Ship Channel with 319.92 acres of site area. The vertical improvements total 546,072 square feet of gross building area and were highly specialized. Our valuation was performed for ad valorem tax appeal purposes.
