The LUSHER Charter School system, the premier charter school system in New Orleans, retained The McEnery Company as the real estate broker to assist in the due diligence management and acquisition of two adjacent properties necessary to facilitate the expansion of the Lower School Campus on Willow Street. These transactions closed in 2013, and LUSHER has since completed the desired expansion.
