The New Orleans East Hospital district engaged The McEnery Company to provide campus wide market rent studies for multiple space types contained within the newly developed hospital campus on the former Methodist Hospital site in New Orleans East. The New Orleans East Hospital is the first hospital to re-enter this neighborhood following Hurricane Katrina. The full service hospital contains a total of 80 beds. Our market rent studies provided market rent potential on a per bed basis for spaces such as the Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) floor, per square foot pricing for more traditional medical space and also per diem space for interim use spaces such as the conferencing center spaces.
