The McEnery Company was retained by Passages Hospice to assist in the acquisition of one of the few remaining available vacant lots in the Riverbend neighborhood of Uptown New Orleans. The McEnery Company effectively utilized applicable comparable sales data to bring both buyer and seller together to an agreeable and fair purchase price. The site is now the home of The Sanctuary at Passages Hospice, a very successful hospice care provider and a much needed addition to the Uptown area.
