A regional lender engaged The McEnery Company to provide a prospective market value opinion of a Summerfield of Hammond, a proposed senior living community located in Hammond, LA. Our analysis also included an AS IS market value of the land, as a 10.13 acre development tract. The proposed nature of Summerfield at the time of our appraisal included 66 assisted living units and 25 memory care units. The facility recently opened and now includes independent, assisted and memory care living units.
