The McEnery Company has successfully completed multiple appraisals of existing and proposed bowling centers, the most unique and notorious of which is undoubtedly the Rock ‘n’ Bowl center in the Carrollton neighborhood of New Orleans. Rock ‘n’ Bowl is a music venue, restaurant / bar and a bowling center with a total of 18 operating lanes and a separate 4,780 square foot restaurant situated on a 70,935 square foot site at the corner of Earhart and Carrollton. The bowling center was previously a storage warehouse, which was renovated and converted into the Rock ‘n’ Bowl bowling center in 2008-2009. Rock ‘n’ Bowl also owns and operates the well-established local music venue, hosting some of the most recognized names in music in the New Orleans area. The two-story restaurant was renovated in 2007-2008 and operates as the locally famous establishment, Ye Olde College Inn.
