The Southwest Beverage Company recently constructed an owner-occupied, built-to-plan controlled environment distribution facility to house a regional Anheuser Busch Distributorship located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Our assignment required a determination of the underlying value of the 17.47 acre site as well as the proposed 137,277 square foot, 1st tier, Class A refrigerated distribution center. The McEnery Company was engaged by a regional lender to provide both an AS IS and prospective market value upon completion of the proposed nature of the facility. We have successfully completed appraisals of beverage distribution facilities across Louisiana, as well as a beer distributorship on the Mississippi Coast.
