The McEnery Company was engaged to appraise the Pythian Mixed-Use Development on several different occasions by both a regional lender and institutional lending group. This historic building is located along Loyola Avenue in the Central Business District of New Orleans. This property was converted into a mixed-use development with ground floor commercial space that houses the Pythian market, as well as 69 upper floor apartment units. There is also 2nd floor office and event hall space.
